Join us for our June First Friday with the Fort Wayne Air Show celebrating the 75th anniversary of the US Air Force! This is your opportunity to “Meet the Performers” of the Fort Wayne Air Show. The Thunderbirds will be here to meet everyone. They'll also have the F-18 cockpit static display here for photo-ops – it’s a Top Gun style--and the Blacksnakes will have their recruitment team there with an VR experience. There will be a USSOCOM Paracommandos jump team performance around 6 p.m. The Skywriter will begin at 9:30 p.m. with writing in the sky at night.
The Fort Wayne Air Show is scheduled for Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th at the 122nd Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Admission is free. Gate hours are scheduled for 9am to 5pm each day. Flying is planned for 11am to 4pm each day. All parking begins at 9am and is free. Parking is adjacent to the airport. There are north and south lots adjacent to the Fort Wayne International Airport. All information can be found at fwairshow.com
First Fridays will take place on the first Friday of every month from May to October to celebrate businesses and culture on The Landing. Stop in to have dinner at any of our local restaurants, enjoy the live music, and share some beers with your friends!
