Future Development
We are thrilled to announce the next phase of The Landing, a $20 million development bringing 40 new housing units to our community, including 8 affordable housing units and two ground-floor commercial spaces. Located at the corner of Harrison and Columbia Street, this new six-story building will complete the highly visible corner of an already bustling district.
